Public contract for the order, purchase, sale and provision of electronic goods
This Agreement is an official and public offer of the individual entrepreneur Dmitry Igorevich Sorokin, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for electronic goods presented on the website https://begemod.com
, with any capable individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”.
According to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement is public and its terms are the same for all Buyers.
The fact of placing an order and/or paying for the goods constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1. Definition of terms
1.1. Public offer – a public offer by the Seller to enter into a contract for the sale and purchase of electronic goods remotely.
1.2. A product is an electronic (digital) product: modules, extensions, add-ons, program code, files, or licenses for the OpenCart CMS, which are provided in electronic form.
1.3. Online store – the Seller’s website at https://begemod.com
1.4. Buyer – a legally competent individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor who places an order and pays for the Goods.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the electronic Product, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The transfer of the Goods is carried out electronically by:
- providing a download link;
- access to your personal account;
- sending files or data via email to the Buyer.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently on the website of the Online Store.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides:
- Name;
- email;
- contact details (if necessary);
- Details (for sole proprietors/legal entities).
3.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to provide the Goods if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
4. Price and payment
4.1. Product prices on the website are indicated in hryvnia.
4.2. The seller has the right to change prices unilaterally.
- The price of a Product that has already been paid for cannot be changed.
4.3. Payment is made using the methods specified on the website.
4.4. The Buyer’s payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller.
5. Transfer of electronic Goods
5.1. Access to the electronic Product is provided after payment confirmation.
5.2. The Buyer independently ensures the technical feasibility of using the Product (compatibility with the OpenCart version, hosting, etc.).
6. Return and refusal of goods
6.1. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", electronic (digital) goods of proper quality are not subject to return if access to them has been provided.
6.2. Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
- technical malfunction of the Product, which makes it impossible to use;
- if the defects cannot be eliminated by the Seller.
6.3. The decision to refund funds is made by the Seller after verifying the validity of the request.
7. Responsibility
7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for:
- incorrect operation of the Product due to third-party modifications;
- incompatibility with non-standard templates or modules;
- improper installation or use of the Goods by the Buyer.
7.2. The Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the Goods.
8. Confidentiality and personal data
8.1. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".
8.2. The data is used solely for the performance of this Agreement.
9. Other conditions
9.1. The Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, in court.
9.3. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice by publishing a new version on the website.
